Terms of use

Play fair. Share thoughtfully.

These terms apply when you use Draft Duel, including as a guest, an account holder, a challenge creator, a responder, or a voter.

Service notice

Draft Duel may update, pause, or remove features as the service develops. A paid plan is offered only when the app presents Apple's purchase sheet with the confirmed localized price and billing terms.

1. Accepting these terms

By using Draft Duel, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You may use Draft Duel only if you are legally able to accept these terms where you live. Features marked 18+ are for verified eligible adults only.

2. Guest sessions and saved accounts

You can begin with a device-linked guest session. A guest session may be lost if the app is removed, its storage is cleared, or the device changes. Saving the guest by email is intended to keep the same Draft Duel identity and its eligible game activity.

You are responsible for access to your device, email account, and sign-in links. Do not share an authentication link or verification code. Tell support promptly if you believe your account or a shared game has been compromised.

3. Games and public sharing

Draft Duel lets people select three cards, create Duel or Mirror challenges, respond, vote, and share links. A share link may be opened and forwarded by anyone who receives it. You are responsible for where you post it and for any text or material you submit.

New Free challenge links are available for 24 hours and Monthly Plus links for 30 days. Links created or upgraded during a verified paid Annual Club period have no automatic expiry. Existing links may retain earlier behavior. “No automatic expiry” is not a promise of permanent storage: links may still be archived or removed for account deletion, moderation, security, legal requirements, service changes, or shutdown. Duel voting has its own 24-hour window after a matchup begins.

You keep any rights you have in material you provide. You give Draft Duel a limited permission to host, process, display, and share that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

4. Fair-play and safety rules

Do not use Draft Duel to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, deceive, spam, manipulate votes, probe private systems, distribute malware, violate another person's privacy or rights, or break the law. Do not place confidential information, sexual content involving minors, or content encouraging real-world harm in a game or report.

We may limit, remove, or preserve access and content when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate abuse, maintain game integrity, comply with law, or operate the service safely.

5. Matching and identity reveal

Matching, discovery, and identity reveal are separate from ordinary gameplay. Similar answers do not by themselves create consent to be contacted or identified. An exact Mirror result may create a private curiosity alert, but a responder's identity remains hidden unless that responder separately chooses a name and opts in for that specific Mirror and the owner has active Plus. Only that creator may receive the chosen name; partial matches, Duel voters, spectators, and public viewers do not. Blocks and a later per-Mirror opt-out re-hide the identity. Broader discovery remains a separate feature and may require additional age or eligibility checks.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Draft Duel Plus may be offered in the iPhone app at $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial. The Apple purchase sheet is authoritative for your localized price, trial eligibility, renewal date, taxes, and included billing terms before you confirm. Apple processes payment, and Apple's purchase terms also apply. Restore Purchases is available for eligible products.

A free trial grants ordinary Plus access, including 30-day challenge links, but does not grant Annual Club's no-automatic-expiry link benefit. That Annual benefit begins only after RevenueCat verifies the first paid annual period.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not delete an account. Manage an Apple subscription in iOS Settings or at Apple's subscription page.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, themes, links, results, and compatibility may change, and we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, Draft Duel is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.

8. Ending use and getting help

You may stop using Draft Duel at any time and may request account deletion using the process on the Account Deletion page. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements, or service shutdown.

Draft Duel is operated by CHICHA OUSSAMA. For questions, safety reports, or account help, follow the in-app support path, visit the Support page, or email support@draftduel.online.
